The camera adds ten pounds, or so they say. But believe it or not, I’m actually far stronger than I look. I maintain my core muscles in a strict workout routine to keep myself from looking too bulky, while still being strong enough to endure the harsh conditions of filming.

A simple jog in the morning won’t kill you, and would do wonders for your health.

By that same logic "eating" is also the opposite of relaxing. Being sedentary will eventually erode your health until your body takes twice as much energy just to function. A 15-20 minute jog a day will do you a lot of good.

Honestly, after being a housewarden it's just become more of a habit than anything. I mean how could anyone just see a problem right in front of them and NOT try to fix it? It's so simple!
If I can do it for an entire dorm of half-priced spudlings, it's an even easier matter here. Not to mention more important given the circumstances.
