It's a heartwarming sight, seeing him reunited with the tome clasped against his chest. It must be similar to how he felt the first night Azathoth returned to him. Having powers returned, yes, but also having a true reminder of home – like seeing an old friend you'd missed so very much.

It's nondescript, an old apple box from one of the stands in the market that a gelfling kindly let him have. Inside he's already begun fashioning dividers to turn it into some sad semblance of a filing cabinet. The things one settles for in a medieval rural shithole. ]
