History: Personal History
Personality:
Vil is a pretty well-rounded as a person, albeit rather high strung. Though he is painfully honest to the point of being a bit of a bully sometimes. He can take what he dishes out, and he won't say these things purely to be mean spirited. It's valid points of criticism and faults he's attempting to bring to someone's attention. However being compared to a half price sack of potatoes generally isn't the best way to get people to accept the genuinely well-meaning words of advice and criticism. Other than that Vil is incredibly put together, he pushes himself but also knows to pace himself to prevent burnout, he's not hot tempered, though prone to the occasional 'bout of recklessness when emotions run high. He can come across as cold an intimidating, but those that know him or are in his dorm all seem to wind up very fond of him.
Vil is sitting on a whole lot of baggage. He's essentially been cast as villains since childhood, and it's gotten in his head. He's been telling himself since he was a child that if he was just a little better, a little more perfect, then he will finally land a hero role. However, in doing so he's actually dooming himself, because the more perfect he is, the less relatable he is to an audience. He has essentially built his whole identity on this goal, and seeing the harm it's been doing is difficult because part of his goal to being perfect requires quite a bit of self care so he comes across as simply being very on top of things. This baggage of his has lessened since his Overblot, and he's been taking steps to achieve a more attainable dream that no longer involves coveting the role of a hero.

Additionally, OU characters will arrive through a labyrinth that will reflect the character's mental space or a significant place in their lives. Retained Abilities: Signature spell, Fairest One of All will be what he retains. It's a curse/blessing he can use to manipulate things around him. For example, he can (and has) cursed pastries so that if they were eaten they would temporarily paralyze an individual, or he cursed a bottle of lotion to melt the next thing it came into contact with in order to melt a doorknob. It's gimmicky, but rather weak in outright combat, simply working as a basic damage over time spell.
